Business Priority Plan Customers will call a dedicated number and receive priority Help Desk assistance to help you solve your issue immediately.
EVERYTHING IS COVERED
Our plan is an insurance policy that saves you the cost of a service trip charge to diagnose issues with your service, wiring or jacks inside your business. It covers all lines at one location and all NITCO owned equipment like ONT, battery, radio, cabling, power adapter, modems, router, HPBX Phones, and your TV Set Top Box. Assistance with Static IP or customer required changes to MAC addresses and provisioning of equipment is also covered.
SAME DAY ON-SITE SERVICE
If a dispatch is required after Help Desk Troubleshooting with your assistance, your business will receive priority status and a technician is dispatched the same day to troubleshoot as long as access on-site is available for the NITCO Technician. If access is not available the Trouble Ticket will be scheduled for the next business day access is available.
