Customer Service Receptionist

Department:
Business Office

Serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls; responsible for routing these calls to the appropriate departments and personnel; serves as the first point of contact for customers coming into the lobby. Receives and processes customer payments at the counter; reconciles cash drawer; Processes in-house equipment returns, providing customers with a receipt and distributing appropriate paperwork to CSRs for proper credit; performs various clerical duties as assigned. Assist with customer billing inquiries both over the phone and in person. Attends departmental meetings upon request; performs other miscellaneous functions to assist in department operations.

  • Basic knowledge and experience working with computer-based word and spreadsheet programs

  • Must display a professional appearance as well as maintain a professional office environment.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Attentive to details; performs with a high degree of accuracy.
