CPNI and your privacy

Due to new FCC regulations regarding CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) NITCO must request that all customers setup a password on their account that will be used for verification in order to disclose any information in regards to a customer account. Without verification NITCO CSRs will not be able to make any changes to an account or discuss any information or charges pertaining to the account. The CPNI guidelines are in place to help protect a customer's identity and ensure that it is the customer and not a 3rd party trying to make changes to an account or request person information in regards to the account.
