How to use card
Domestic Calls or calls to Canada
- Dial toll free number that appears on card
- At greeting, say or enter your card number and pin number
- At tone, say or enter the area code and phone number you are calling

International Calls
- Dial toll free number that appears on card
- At greeting, say or enter your card number and pin number
- At tone, say or enter 011 + country code + city code + local number (this feature may not be available on your card)

Multiple Calls
To make another call don't hang up when done
- Hold # for two seconds to return to main menu
- Say or enter the area code and phone number you wish to call

Star Rewind
Erases entire entry, not just last number
- Press * to erase misdialed digits
- Reenter the entire number
|

- Dial the toll free number that appears on the card
- At greeting, say or enter your card number and pin number
- Make your selection from the main menu
- Say "Speed Dial" or press 01
- Say "Directory Assistance" or press 02
- Say "Information Service" or press 03
- Say "Voice Message Delivery" or press 04
- Say "Conference Calling" or press 05
- Say "Voice Mail" or press 06
- Say "International Operator Assistance" or press 07

Create or change speed dial numbers
- From menu, say "speed dial" or press 01
- Say "Zero" or press 0
- Say or enter a number between 1 and 9 for the speed dial number you want to change or create
- Say or enter the area code and phone number that will correspond to the speed dial number

- From menu, say "speed dial" or press 01
- Say or enter the speed dial number you wish to call

- Say "Information Services" or press 03
- Follow the voice prompts for the information service of your choice
- For news, press 1
- For weather, press 2
- For sports, press 3
- For financial news, press 4
- For fun features, press 5

Voice Message Delivery
- Enter Voice Message Delivery from main menu
- Enter area code and number of the person you wish to call
- At prompt record your name and recipient's name
- Record message and press 9 when done
- Hang up to send message or press 6 for more options
